Registration Requirements

• • Proof of age (the child must be of appropriate age by the cut-off date of the current school year)

• • Copy of current immunization records

• • Non-refundable registration fee

• • Non-refundable supply fee

• • Complete enrollment forms

• • All children in the 3’s and 4’s classes must be potty trained by the start of school.
